CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
6 egg yolks
1 tbsp. vanilla
Salt
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 c. wine or orange juice
6 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar

Take the dry ingredients and mix. Then flour, baking powder, cocoa and coffee; put them aside. In a separate bowl mix the 1 cup sugar, 6 egg yolks, vanilla and salt; then add the oil. Add the dry ingredients and the liquid. Mix well.

In a separate bowl beat the 6 egg whites until it is ready then add, the 1/2 cup sugar. Add it to the mixture. Bake it in a round pan at 325 degrees about 50-60 minutes. Let cool for 15 minutes, then take it out of the pan.
