CHOCOLATE CREME DE MINT | |
1 stick butter 1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. flour 1 tbsp. vanilla 4 beaten eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1 (16 oz.) can Hershey syrup Grease 9"x13" pan. Mix ingredients together and put in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minuets. Cool. Cream 1 stick butter with 2 cups confectioners' sugar; add 2 tablespoons creme de menthe. Spread over cake. Melt 1 (12 oz.) package chocolate chips with 6 tablespoons butter. Spread over mint. Refrigerate or freeze. |
