CHOCOLATE DEVINE 
1ST LAYER:

1 stick butter
1 c. flour
1 c. pecans, cut up

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 c. (9 oz.) Cool Whip

3RD LAYER:

1 pkg. chocolate pudding mix (cooked)
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (cooked)
3 c. milk
1 chocolate Hershey bar

LAYER #1: Blend butter, flour and pecans. Press in 9"x13" baking dish. Place in 350 degree oven until brown.

LAYER #2: Blend cream cheese and sugar with mixer. Add 1 cup Cool Whip, stir in and layer in baking dish.

LAYER #3: Cook chocolate and vanilla pudding mix separately using milk, then mix together. Spread on top of Layer #2.

On top spread rest of Cool Whip, sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans, then shave Hershey bar over top. Place in refrigerator overnight.
