BROCCOLI OR ASPARAGUS CREPES AU
GRATIN
 
Crepes
Broccoli
Onion
Butter
Rosemary
Salt & pepper
Cheese sauce

Saute broccoli quickly with rosemary and onion in butter, season to taste. Wrap in crepes. Arrange in baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over. Bake until bubbly then slightly brown under broiler. Garnish top with flowerettes of broccoli or sprigs of asparagus, depending on which filling is used.
