2 Golden Delicious apples
3 Granny Smith apples
3 Cortland apples
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. apple spice
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. lemon bits

Mix all ingredients together. Pie shell from Pillsbury (in dairy). Mix 2 ounces milk and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla. Pour 1/2 apples, brush milk mixture onto apples. Pour rest of apples, brush on milk mixture. Three or 4 dabs of butter, sprinkle sugar on top. Place this mixture into microwave 3 minutes. Mix, cook 3 minutes more. Pour into pie shell. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Now get ice cream, ready, enjoy!
