PORK CHOP BUNDLES 
1 pork chop
1 carrot
1 sm. onion
1/2 green pepper
1/4 c. regular long grain rice
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. tomato juice

From heavy-duty foil, cut a 12-inch square; grease. Cut carrot crosswise in half, then lengthwise. Slice onion, cut green pepper into 1/4 inch strips.

In center of foil, place uncooked rice with pork chop on top. Fold up sides of foil and top with carrots, onion, and green pepper; sprinkle with salt. Pour tomato juice over all. Seal foil bundles and bake for 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees. Makes 1 main serving.
