2 c. chopped zucchini
1 c. chopped tomatoes
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle zucchini, tomatoes, onions and cheese in plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate. Bake 30 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
