CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. flour
Dash of salt
3 c. milk
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. cocoa

Cook all ingredients over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickens.

1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into a baked pie shell. If desired, top with whipped cream or meringue.

VARIATIONS:

BUTTERSCOTC H PIE: You may make this by using the above recipe by just omitting the cocoa and using brown sugar instead of white.

COCONUT CREAM PIE: Just omit the cocoa and add 1 cup coconut after cooked. Use white sugar.
