CHOCOLATE MILLION DOLLAR PIE 
CRUST:

1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour or crushed graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Mix and pat into pie dish. Bake 15-20 minutes at 350°F. Let cool.

FIRST LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) bowl Cool Whip
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Add Cool Whip and vanilla. Spread on crust.

SECOND LAYER:

2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. instant chocolate pudding
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix pudding according to package directions. Add vanilla and spread over cream cheese layer. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. A good topping you may want to try is to mix chopped nuts and coconut. Put into 350°F oven just until coconut browns. Let cool.
