BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
1 1/2 c. pork sausage, browned slightly
1 pkg. seasoned croutons
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Butter 9"x13" pan. Sprinkle croutons into pan. Beat eggs and mix with milk and soup. Pour over croutons. Sprinkle cheese over this and finally sprinkle browned sausage over all. Put in refrigeration the evening before. Next morning, put into 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Reduce to 325 degrees for 30 minutes more.
