BEER CHEESE SOUP 
4 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 1/2 qts. hot milk
1 1/2 lbs. Cheese Whiz
Chopped chives
Onion salt
Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
1 bottle of beer

Melt butter, and saute onion in it. Add flour and mix well. Add hot milk slowly, stirring constantly. Heat slowly and add cheese. Cook until cheese melts. Season with onion salt, Tabasco and Worcestershire. Just before serving add beer. Makes 8 servings. May be garnished with popcorn if desired.
