MUD CAKE 
Unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 c. strong coffee
1/4 c. bourbon
5 oz. unsweetened chocolate
1 c. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
Powdered sugar
Whipped cream, sweetened

Heat oven to 275 degrees. Butter 9" tube, dust with cocoa. Heat coffee and bourbon in saucepan over low heat. Add chocolate and butter. Stir constantly until smooth. Remove from heat and stir.
