CARROT ROAST 
2 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
4 c. carrots
1 c. Stove Top dressing
1 tsp. sage
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped onions
1 c. cooked rice
2 c. soy milk
3 eggs (optional)

Mix together and bake in greased loaf pan 1 hour at 350 degrees.
