ROASTED CARROTS 
1 lb. sm. whole carrots
2 c. water
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 c. crushed corn flakes

Cook carrots, water, sugar and salt together until tender. Drain. Cool. Dip carrots in butter then into crumbs. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
