CHEF'S SALAD 
1 head Romaine or other lettuce, torn into bite size pieces
2 c. cooked ham strips
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese in strips
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Dash of salt and pepper
Italian dressing

Place lettuce in bowl. Group on top ham, cheese and eggs. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Pass the dressing. Serves 6.
