PASSOVER MUFFINS 
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1 c. matzoh meal
1/3 c. cake meal
4 tbsp. oil

1. Beat the eggs, add salt and milk. Mix well together.

2. Add matzoh meal, cake meal and oil.

3. Grease a muffin tin (12) and pour mixture into it. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
