KEY LIME PIE 
Line 9 inch pie plate with graham cracker crust. Beat 6 egg yolks. Add:

1 c. lime juice (bottled juice will do)
2 (14 oz.) cans sweetened condensed milk
1 tbsp. grated lime rind

Pour into pie shell and freeze. Remove from freezer and spread with whipped cream. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
