ZUCCHINI BARS 
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded zucchini
1 c. coconut
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Mix in order and bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
2 1/2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Combine these ingredients and frost the cake while it is still a little warm. Then cut into bars when cool.
