LAYERED SPINACH SALAD 
1 bag of spinach
1 lb. bacon
6 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. mayonnaise -plus-
1 c. Miracle Whip
1 lg. purple onion
1 box frozen peas
1 brick Swiss cheese

In a 9 x 13 inch rectangular pan, shred spinach into bite-sized pieces and remove stems. Fry bacon up crisp and crumble over spinach. Next slice up hard- boiled eggs and spread over bacon. Do the same with the purple onion and spread over eggs.

Spread frozen peas on next. Then combine mayonnaise and Miracle Whip and spread over peas. Shred up Swiss cheese and spread over mayonnaise mixture. Refrigerate. Should be made at least 1 hour before serving.
