1 c. butter
1 c. white sugar
3 egg yolks, well beaten
3 tbsp. half and half sweet cream
1 tsp. vanilla or lemon flavoring
2 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. flour

Work the flour into the rest of ingredients with your hand (well). Force the dough through to cookie press onto ungreased cookie sheet, in desired shapes. Bake until set but not brown at 375 degrees. Checking cookies closely at 5-7 minutes to 10 minutes.
