1 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/8 tsp. baking soda
3 1/2 c. flour

Cream together butter, shortening and sugar. Add eggs and flavoring. Mix thoroughly. Add sifted dry ingredients. Put through cookie press. Bake at 350 degrees until set.
