MEATBALL CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
2 tbsp. butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, milk, egg, onion, salt and mustard. Shape into 24 (1 1/2") balls. In large skillet melt butter. Brown meatballs on all sides. Combine soup and cheese. Meanwhile, cook vegetables according to package directions. Drain. Arrange meatballs around sides of a shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. Spoon soup mixture into center. Place cooked vegetables over top. Cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
