3/4 c. honey
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
1 egg
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
2 c. uncooked rolled oats
1 c. chocolate chips

Cream honey, sugar, butter and egg together. Sift together flour, salt, cinnamon and soda; stir into creamed mixture. Add oats and chocolate chips. Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake on upper shelf of oven at 375 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
