COCONUT CAKE 
2 c. sour cream
2 c. white sugar
2 (12 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut

Mix together and leave covered in refrigerator overnight. Use yellow cake mix. Make 2 layers and split each layer when cold, making 4 layers. Frost with the mixture between layers and on top. Don't frost sides. Put in a tight cake box and refrigerate for 4 days. The frosting is slightly liquid and will be absorbed by cake, making it delicious.
