CHEWY CHOCOLATE COOKIES 
1 1/4 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (12 oz.) pkg. peanut butter chips
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar in large mixing bowl. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients. Gradually add to butter mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonful onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 9 minutes. Cookies will be soft. Do not over bake. Cookies will puff while baking and flatten while cooling.
