CAULIFLOWER AND PEA CASSEROLE 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. or 1 head of cauliflower
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. onion salt
1/2 c. almonds

Make white sauce with flour, butter and sour cream. Add 1/2 teaspoon curry and onion salt. Add vegetables, cook cauliflower if fresh. Put in 2 quart baking dish. Melt 1 tablespoon butter, 1/2 teaspoon curry, 1/2 cup almonds and brown. Sprinkle on top of casserole and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes.
