BAKED BAR-BE-QUE CHICKEN 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 lb. chicken breasts, skinless
1/4 c. plus 2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 c. catsup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice (bottled)
1/4 c. water
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Put flour and salt in a plastic bag, and coat chicken breasts. Place chicken in a greased 9x13 inch pan. Drizzle with 1/4 cup melted butter.

Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Prepare the sauce: Cook onion and garlic in 2 tablespoons butter until tender. Add the remaining ingredients, and simmer uncovered for 10 minutes.

Pour sauce over chicken, and bake another 30 minutes, uncovered. Serves 4 to 6.
