JIM'S RED HOT BAR B QUE SAUCE | |
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 1/4 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. red wine vinegar 2 tbsp. prepared mustard 2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp. chili powder 1 1/2 tsp. celery seed 1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground red pepper In a small saucepan combine the tomato sauce, brown sugar, red wine vinegar, worcestershire sauce, prepared mustard, chili powder, celery seeds and ground red pepper. On the range bring mixture to boiling: reduce heat. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. |
