BAR-B-QUE RIBS 
3-4 lbs. pork ribs
1 lemon, cut up
1 lg. onion, cut up

SAUCE:

1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 tsp. celery seed
Chopped onion
1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
1 c. ketchup
2 c. water

Cover with water the first 3 ingredients. Boil until tender. Strain, place in roaster in 350 degree oven.

Boil ingredients for sauce. Pour over ribs. Turn oven down to 250 degrees. Bake 3-4 hours.
