RAISIN GRANOLA COOKIES 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. white sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. low fat milk
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 3/4 c. granola
1/2 c. roasted unsalted peanuts
1/2 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 375. In mixer at medium speed, mix butter and sugars together. Add egg, milk and vanilla. Sift in white flour, soda and salt. Mix well. With a wooden spoon, stir in whole wheat flour, granola, raisins and peanuts.

Grease cookie sheets. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart on the sheets. Flatten with a fork and bake 10-12 minutes.
