1 box marble cake mix
1 c. chopped nuts
2 sm. or 1 lg. egg
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter

TOPPING:

8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
3 eggs

Blend by hand cake mix, egg, nuts, butter. Batter will be stiff. Spoon into greased 9x13 inch pan.

By mixer, beat softened cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs. Pour over top of brownie mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. Yummy!
