1 pkg. marble cake mix
1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. water
2 eggs
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 pan. Mix butter and white part of cake mix until crumbly. Set aside 1 1/4 cups of crumbs. Press remainder in pan. Mix crumbs, water, eggs, and marble pouch. Beat on high for 2 minutes. Stir in chips, nuts and marshmallows. Spread over crumbs in pan. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
