AMY'S MARBLED BROWNIES 
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 c. butter, softened
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 eggs
2 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler and cool. Cream butter until light and fluffy. Gradually add sugar until creamed. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each. Stir in nuts. Add flour and blend well.

Divide batter in two halves, add chocolate to one of the halves. Spoon batters alternately, 2 tablespoons at a time, into greased and floured 13 x 9 inch pan. Run knife through batter to marble. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
