8 c. steamed rice 2 lg. cans chow mein noodles Chopped stewing chickens (2 or 3) Gravy made of broth & 8 cans cream of chicken soup Season as needed with salt & pepper 1 lb. shredded cheese 4 stalks chopped celery 2 or 3 green peppers, chopped 1 lg. can crushed pineapple Top with maraschino cherries 3 chopped tomatoes Chopped green onions 1 pkg. shredded coconut 1 sm. pkg. slivered almonds Broth and chicken bouillon may be used in place of soup, cream and parsley may be added. You may need to use more of some of the vegetables listed here. To Serve: Place all food on the serving table in the order listed and each person serves themselves. Serves 15. |
