ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE | |
1 (16 oz.) can or 2 (8 1/2 oz.) cans artichoke hearts, packed in water, drained 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 1 c. mayonnaise (or 1/2 c. mayonnaise can be used) 1 sm. can green chilies, do not drain French bread or crackers Mix artichoke hearts with cheese and mayonnaise and mash with a potato masher. Spoon mixture into a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until bubbly and browned. Spread on French bread slices. Makes 8-10 servings. |
