BASE:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar

Pack down and bake for 15 minutes in a 9"x9" square pan.

FILLING:

2 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped walnuts and/or raisins

Combine and pour over the base. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
