PIZZA DOUGH 
1 c. water
1 tbsp. yeast (1 pkg.)
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix together first four ingredients. Beat in flour as smoothly as possible. Add enough flour to make stiff dough, about 1 cup. Knead awhile. Put in container and let rise until double in bulk, 30 to 40 minutes. Roll out thin on floured board or press into pizza pan. Add sauce and toppings. Bake at 425 degrees until crust browns.
