PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1/2 tsp. honey
4-5 c. wheat or white flour
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. water

Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water (warm). Add 1/2 teaspoon honey and stir. Let stand, about 10 minutes. Put 4 cups flour in bowl. Stir in oil, 1 cup water, and yeast mixture. Mix thoroughly. Turn dough onto floured surface and knead, adding more flour as needed, about 10 minutes. Divide dough in half. Shape into balls. Place on floured surface; cover with towel and let rise for 30 to 45 minutes.

Punch down dough and form two circles. Roll out each circle with a rolling pin on a floured surface to fit your pan. Place on pan and shape to fit with your fingers. Press edge a bit higher. Let rise until double in height. Bake in preheated oven (450 degrees) until very lightly browned. Top with sauce, cheese, and your favorites; bake 10 minutes. Cooked dough can be frozen.
