PIZZA DOUGH | |
1 pkg. dry yeast 1 c. water 1 tsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. oil 2 1/2 c. flour Hint: Use 4 ounces Mozzarella, 4 ounces Provolone and 1 ounce Cheddar cheese for each pizza. 1. Dissolve yeast in warm water. 2. Stir in remaining dough ingredients, beat vigorously (about 20 strokes). 3. Allow dough to rise at least 5 minutes. 4. Divide dough between two pizza pans for thin crust or use on one pan for thick crust. 5. Top with favorite pizza sauce and topping. Bake 20-25 minutes at 425 degrees. |
