CHILI 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. green pepper, chopped small
1/2 med. onion, chopped small
2 (4 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce
4 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 lg. can red kidney beans, drained

Brown hamburger; drain fat. Add pepper and onion to hamburger along with chili powder, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes. Cook above for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally.

Add Hunt's sauce and water; cover and simmer on low flame for 1/2 hour. Remove cover and add kidney beans. Simmer for 1/2 hour or until chili becomes thick. Serve over boiled white rice.
