CHILI 
2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 green pepper, chopped
2 (8 oz.) can Hunts Tomato Sauce
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. chili powder (add + or - to taste)

Cook and stir garlic and meat in hot oil in large skillet until meat loses its red color. Add beans with liquid, onion, green pepper. Pour in tomato sauce. Add salt and chili powder. Simmer over low heat until desired thickness, 45 minutes.
