CHICKEN VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkg. broccoli, cooked
3 chicken breasts, cooked
2 cans cream soup
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. bread crumb
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 tbsp. melted butter

Grease 13x9 inch casserole dish. Layer vegetables and chicken. Mix other ingredients and pour over. Top with bread crumbs and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Can use asparagus or large package of mixed vegetables in place of the broccoli. Cream soup can be chicken, mushroom or celery. Also can use leftover turkey or chicken.
