PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (15 oz.) cans pineapple tidbits
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs

Drain pineapple, reserving 6 tablespoons juice.

Combine juice with sugar and flour.

Add pineapple and cheese.

Mix cracker crumbs with melted butter.

Spread on top of mixture in greased casserole dish.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
