PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (16 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, drained
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

Mix pineapple, flour, cheddar cheese and sugar until moistened. Pour into baking casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle crackers on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
