PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE 
2 (20 oz.) cans chunk pineapple, 1 drained
6 tbsp. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. grated cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted

Butter the bottom of a casserole dish. Mix the flour, sugar, cheese, pineapple with juice from 1 can. Top with topping made of crushed Ritz crackers and melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
