CHICKEN A LA CROUTONS | |
4 chicken breast portions 4 slices Swiss cheese 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. sherry dry white wine 2 to 3 c. Pepperidge Farms seasoned croutons 1/3 c. melted butter Arrange chicken halves in a shallow baking dish. Lay a slice of Swiss cheese on top. Combine soup and sherry wine and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle croutons and drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 50 to 60 minutes. |
