1 box yellow cake mix with pudding
1 stick butter
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
3 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. peanuts
1 stick butter
2/3 c. corn syrup
1 pkg. peanut butter chips

Mix first 3 ingredients. Pat in bottom of a cookie sheet pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Remove and top with miniature marshmallows until melted.

Meanwhile, melt butter, corn syrup and peanut butter chips. Add Rice Krispies and peanuts. Pour over cake (crust) mixture and let set.
