PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE BARS 
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. quick cooking rolled oats
1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate chips (1 c.)
Peanut Butter Icing

Beat butter and peanut butter for 30 seconds. Add sugar and brown sugar, beat until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. Stir together flour, baking soda and salt, add to beaten mixture and beat until blended, stir in oats. Spread mixture into 9"x13" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Remove to rack. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and let stand 5 minutes. Spread chocolate; cool. Prepare icing and drizzle over chocolate layer. Cut into bars.

PEANUT BUTTER ICING: Beat together 3/4 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter and 2 to 3 tablespoons milk for a drizzling consistency.
