CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER COOKIE
BARS
 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 oz.) pkg. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. Reese's peanut butter chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees for glass dish). In 9 x 13 inch baking pan melt butter. Sprinkle crumbs evenly over butter; pour sweetened condensed milk evenly over crumbs. Top with chips; press down firmly. Bake 25-30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Garnish as desired. Cut into bars. Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Tip: Melt 1 cup Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips with 1 1/2 teaspoons shortening. Drizzle over bars.
