AUNT B'S EASY CHICKEN IN
DRESSING
 
1 whole fryer or 4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
2-3 c. broth
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pan of cornbread

Cook chicken until tender, then debone. Boil together soups, broth, salt, and pepper until mixed. Grease large casserole dish and alternate layers of chicken, cornbread, and broth. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.

My family just loved this. It goes good with mashed potatoes, a vegetable and a lettuce salad. I have learned that the longer you cook the dressing the drier it gets, so if you want moister stuffing you know what to do.
